I have been a therapist since 2003 and have extensive experience with a variety of issues, both psychological and physical, from simple to complex. I focus on the needs and desires of my clients. Some seek stress relief, others want to process pain, traumatic experiences or diagnoses through effective therapy. Many clients want better sleep, calmer thoughts and a feeling of being at home in their bodies, free from anxiety and pain.
